We were about to buy a 2017 Fiat 500e with white stickers, when the salesman explained that we would need to apply for new HOV stickers, and there was a chance it wouldn't be approved. It seems from my research that if the white stickers were put on after 1/1/2017, we can get a set of stickers that will expire on 1/1/2022.
