Awesome work!! I started doing OMAD to help me from binging in the evenings. I make a 300 meal of vegetables (mini peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, baby spinach) and 4 oz of lean protein (usually chicken) and eat it at 5:30 pm. I feel full for the rest of the night and even morning.
