Of course I have no experience with the Valor or Intrepid but I do agree with Kev's comments that the Valor frame-wise is a more refined version of the Trouvaille while the Intrepid looks like a carbon frame which gets attention at the bike park. started with a stock trouvaille I bought at walmart for 400. I rode that for a year and a half or so in stock form. The only thing i had done at that point was different pedals.
